Dear Sir/Madam,
By using the following commands to read a mdcrd file
radgyr out xxx.radgyr :1-11244
I found 0 to 8499.00 lines in the xxx.radgyr file
however, when I read the same mdcrd file to get rmsd.
rms first out xxx.rms .CA,C1',N10
I found only 0 to 8150 lines in the xxx.rms file.
Why the number of lines are different ?
