Hello
By mistake I have replied that my local system and cluster have same version of AT.

Actually in cluster in my account I have installed AT-1.4 with Amber11 and ptraj
is installed serial
but in root Amber9 is installed and cluster is runs job by psb queing system
so when I ran ptraj for distance calculation in cluster serialy it was calulated
by Amber9 not by Amber11

While in my local system here is Amber11 with AT-1.4
