I've run RMSd analysis using PTARJ 11. Everything seemed to be fine, but
following error messages was occurred at the end !

AMBER11 which I'm using was already applied bugfix version. And I loaded 3
trajectory when I tried to analyze rmsd files (trajectories are more than
3Gb each, has 5ns timesteps each. These files are all connect namely, they
are on the line, just separated).
