Dear All :
I have run a system for 1 ns and wrote down the mdcrd file every 1ps .There are 1000 frames in my file.It is too big to load the file into the VMD.So I extract 10 frames from the mdcrd file and save it as a new mdcrd file.Now if I want to save the each frame as a PDB file from the new mdcrd file.How should I do ? Could someone help me ?Thank you very much!
