Dear all,
I want to prepare modified nucleosides like dihydrouridine, pseudouridine
etc. I am using the John Santa Lucia modified nucleoside database where the
.frcmod and .prepin are given for nucleoside monophospahte. I have attached
it.
Please anyone help me.
