You don't have the g95 compiler installed on your system. Try using
"gfortran" in place of "g95". Remember that Amber9 is over four years old,
and many things have changed in operating systems since then, especially for a
bleeding edge distribution like Ubuntu.

Try to study any error messages you get carefully.
