Dear Sir
I am totaly new in amber10 and going through B1,B2,B3,B4 tutorial.Now I am
want to simulate a system having disaccharide and Water.But, I can simulate
one disaccharide (Glycam force field for disaccharide,.) by solvating in
water. Now i want to increase the number of disaccharide molecules. So how
i increase the number of disacchride in the system. how we add this
disaccharide molecule to a protein.
please halp me regarding this .
