Dear Prof.Case,

Thanks for your comments.

I ran:
*ls -l yacc**
it showed:
*-rwxrwxrwx 1 CEAM None 218348 2010-05-07 12:27 yacc (This should be
result of my chmod command)
-rwxr-xr-x 1 CEAM None 100426 2010-07-12 22:09 yacc.exe
*
I ran
*file yacc*
it showed:
*yacc: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically
linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, not stripped*

for:
*file yacc.exe*
it showed:
*yacc.exe: PE32 executable for MS Windows (console) Intel 80386 32-bit*

I noticed that the date for yacc is prior to my installation of
AmberTools1.4, might this be the problem? Should I delete yacc file?

Thanks,
Yan
