You need to make sure you have the X11 libraries installed and
accessible (e.g. libX11.a or libX11.so etc). If you got a message like
"Could not find the X11 libraries" when you ran configure you will
have to manually set the XHOME and XLIBS variables in your config.h.
For example, in my config.h they are set to:
XHOME= /usr/X11R6
XLIBS= -L/usr/X11R6/lib64 -L/usr/X11R6/lib
