Hello,
Has anyone had any success compiling Amber on a BlueGene/P? I've searched the archives and only found a single discussion on the topic, which didn't appear to come to a successful conclusion. Also, the webpage link for the BlueGene/L instructions on the amber site, which would have provided a good start, is broken.
I'm working on the BG/P at the ALCF at Argonne National Laboratory.
