[AMBER] sleap bugs or compilation problem?!

hello amber users and developers,

i can not use tleap or xleap due to the problems discussed in ..
"Re: [AMBER] Segmentation fault with xleap while loading a leaprc", "Re:
[AMBER] tleap problems in Fedora Core 12" and case: "Re: [AMBER] tleap
segmentation fault"..

so, meanwhile, i am using sleap - but i have problems to execute basic
actions, such as to delete a bond, to make a non-single bond or even to list the
implemented commands ... are old commands (like deletebond, etc) implemented in
sleap? ... it is a bug or was sleap not properly compiled on my computer?..

just in case:
Ambertools 1.4 / gnu compilation (gcc4.4.3) / Fedora 12 x86_64 / Intel Q8400

i appreciate any help... txs,

cheers,
