As I recall, it used to, but this has been moved/removed. The only purpose
it serves now is a place to coordinate testing efforts and disseminate
information regarding coding styles and version tracking program commands
amongst the amber developers (http://ambermd.org/pmwiki)

The compilation *insights* are what people have found are platform-dependent
tips for installing on specific systems (i.e. ubuntu, mac os x, etc.), and
these are located on ambermd.org (search for *Tips for running Amber on
various architectures*).
