Howdy,
I need to compile Amber10 and AmberTools 1.3 on an x86_64 RHEL5 system. With AmberTools 1.2, both the tools and Amber10 would unpack to the 'amber10' directory. With AT1.3, it now unpacks to the 'amber11' directory.
I can successfully compile AT1.3, however when I go to compile Amber10, configure_amber reports that "netcdf/src" directory does not exist. This is correct since it is now in amber11/netcdf/src.
Is it safe for me to unpack AT1.3 into the amber10 directory? Or do I still have to download and extract AT1.2 to successfully compile Amber10?
Thanks,
Mike
