Just for this we have tutorials available... See the links at
ambermd.org and I suggest the first DNA tutorial modified/updated by
Ross Walker. If the person does not know Unix, then also do a unix
tutorial (google unix tutorial) and learn how to use an editor. For
RNA you are best off starting from experimental structure...
