I could install amber10 in my PC and run minimization followed MD simulations in different conditions like vacuo, implicit and explicit. Thanks to Manish Kumar, Case and Navanath kumbhar for giving me a detail information about installing amber10.
I could run minimization and MD simulations for a DNA sequence. To generate the starting PDB file i used nucgen, but when i tried to generate a RNA sequence, i could not do it. Can somebody help me in this regard.
