Dear AMBER
I have gone through the TMD page of the amber 9 manual .,
I have a doubt regarding the calculation of the TGTMDFRC value,
can any one can explain how to give the value suppose one gives a value
of TGTMDFRC as 0.01 . I have seen in papers they will write force in terms of Kcal/Mol/A^2.
how to convert the given value
what is the nature of the force in Newton or pico Newton in amber
