Dear experts,
I am able to install amber9 using bash shell.
But, when i type command xleap, it appears as below:
-I: Adding /usr/local/apps/amber9/dat/leap/prep to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/apps/amber9/dat/leap/lib to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/apps/amber9/dat/leap/parm to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/apps/amber9/dat/leap/cmd to search path.
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-helvetica-medium-r-*-*-18-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontStruct
Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-helvetica-medium-o-*-*-18-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontStruct
There are errors regarding ---helvetica-medium--- fonts...
Kindly can any one help to fix this problem?
