Hi Balaji.

Here is my reply to you from Dec 8th:

Hi Balaji,

It is possible to specify the exact number of ions you want on the addions
line so you just need to work out how many of each type of counter ion you
need for the concentration you want. You know how many water molecules you
have so this shouldn't be too difficult.

Then just do say:

addions mymol Cl- 20

addions mymol Na+ 20

to get 20 x NaCl

Good luck,

Ross

Did you calculate the number of ions you need to achieve the desired
concentration? You need to do this in order to add the correct number of
ions. If you don't know how to calculate the number of ions in a given
volume for a given molar concentration then you should consult an
introductory Chemistry text book.

Good luck,

Ross

dear amber

I would like to know
how one can put the
ions in the dynamics in a required mole concentration

has it been already discussed ?

thanks in advance !
