I would really appreciate if you could help me debug this..as of now
installing the serial version (./configure_amber -nobintraj -verbose
-static sgi_mips) returns :

/usr/lib32/cmplrs/be: FATAL ERROR: Error in buffer access: Too many
pragmas in sequence in WN2F_pragma()
f90 INTERNAL ERROR: /usr/lib32/cmplrs/be returned non-zero status 1

running the parallel version: (./configure_amber -nobintraj -verbose
-mpi sgi_mips) --the config_amber.h file is written successfully.
Upon make parallel, it returns:

this is in-spite of me changing the vmemory to unlimited (ulimit -m
unlimited , ulimit -n unlimited).
