I just realized some of you may be misled by my description. A
FreeBSD "port" is just a build skeleton containing (mostly) a Berkeley
Makefile and patches to adapt the software build environment
to FreeBSD. This is NOT an independent "fork" or alternative
distribution site for AmberTools.
