AMBER: rdparm Segmentation fault

Hi List!
I confirm what it seems others have seen too: rdparm from amberTools 1.0 is
not working when typing some commands like 'dihedrals'.

It's failing for me both on Linux Ubuntu and Mac OSX Tiger Intel.
