Hi, all,
I want to build A-prime RNA (A'-RNA) pdb file. The sequence is as following:
5'- GCAACAGUUACUGCGACGUUU-3'
3'- UUCGUUGUCAAUGACGCUGCA-5
Because it is irregular, I cannot use nucgen to build it. But NAB from website only builds irregular A-RNA, not A'-RNA.
