Hi amber users,
I'm trying to do a normal mode calculation (with nmode, Amber 8) with
the flag ipol = 1, but the program crashes quickly with a "segmentation
fault" error message. if I turn it to 0, I don't have this message
anymore. I've already done a minimisation with sander with that flag on
(using the ff02 force field), and it worked fine. I've attached my input
files to this message.
