juste the REMD tests crash with the same error message:
mdfil: Error unknown flag: -rem
usage: sander [-O] -i mdin -o mdout -p prmtop -c inpcrd -r restrt
[-ref refc -x mdcrd -v mdvel -e mden -idip inpdip
-rdip rstdip -mdip mddip -inf mdinfo -radii radii]
Consult the manual for additional options.
I run these tests on a Altix 3700 server administrated by a Linux (64
bit) system and the intel ifort compiler was used.
