Avg temperatures looks fine: 301.01, 301.00, 301.09, and 301.11 for the 1st,
2nd, 9th, and 10th nanosecond, respectively.

Regarding the size of the system, it is 220 amino acids, and ~32.000 atoms
with water molecules.
