Hi Amber
I am trying to make a single isolated NTP in nucgen using DAN, but the
output tells me that DAN is an "unknown residue". I have, using the DNA
tutorial, manage to make a double strand DNA, single stranded DNA, but I
would like to have just an isolated nucleotide (three phosphates) also.
I have tried variations of several different inputs and they all have
failed.
Can someone just show me what a script for an isolated NTP would look
like? I have scanned the web, but was not able to find an example.
