Dear Amber Users,
Nucgen is not able to generate a pdb file for a dsDNA of bp more 16. Is
there any way out of this. I have some 42 bps. How do i generate a pdb file
for this. I am attaching the input(nuc.in) and output (nuc.out) files it
generated.
