Dear all,
I get the decomposition energies of the protein-ligand complex using
mmpbsa method. But I don't know how to explain the exact meaning about the
cyc_4_eq_DC_statistics.out file. When I use the Excel to read the
cyc_4_eq_DC_statistics.out file, some column data don't have corresponding
row titles. The file is attached.
Welcome anyone to give me sugestions. Thanks in advance.
