Looks like the LEaP compilation/installation step did not complete correctly.
You will need to go to $AMBERHOME/src/leap, type "make install" and look
carefully for error messages. The file listed above should exist (I am
assuming that you made a typo in transcribing the error message...), i.e.
you should have a file $AMBERHOME/exe/teLeap.
