....in order to work, the intel compilers need some environment variables
set, most prominently the path to the driver script (ifort).
short answer:
say (type)
source /opt/intel_fc_80/bin/ifortvars.csh
(if you have chosen the default installation path AND work with the
(t)csh).
....Then that error should go away.
