Looking at the amber7 code it appears this should have worked.
Since Kollman group machines have been recycled I can't
conveniently set up a test anymore. If you can send me say,
a prmtop and restrt I can debug it. Also a workaround would be
to list all the id's for the PLANEs you have declared.
