Dear all,
Has any one had experience on generating movies in VMD
from AMBER7.0 parm and crd files?
I have a AMBER7.0 parm file (p.wat.top) and a
trajectory file(p.wat.traj), after loading it into
VMD, nothing happened. So I change the AMBER7.0 parm
file into old format using new2oldparm, then get a
movie, it is ok.
My problem is when I strip the WATER out of trajectory
file, and combine it with the corresponding parm file
in vacuum (p.vac.top), I got a strange movie, only the
first frame is ok, the following frames are very
strange. why? Does anyone have some ideas?
