Dear Amber users,
Sorry for this repeated message. But until now I haven't got any response regarding my question. I'd like to know how to calculate the cross-correlation of residue in protein using AMBER. The only correlation I can see in AMBER manual is time-correlation function, but not residue cross-correlation.
Any help is highly appreciated.
