Dear Amber users,
I have a problem regarding the mutation of a
Purine to a Pyrimidine base in GIBBS.
My first question is whether it is in principle
possible to perform such a calculation?
If yes, I would be gratefull for any suggestion
concerning the setup of such a simulation
