Sorry, it is me again. I am using SGI machine and I did exactly what I was
told to do.
I changed the file "sizes.h" under directory
$AMBERHOME/src/sander/
The I used "make clean" command then "make install"! The MAXINT and MAXREA
have been changed in the file. But when I run sander, it still does not
understand the changes and gives me the same error message! What should I
do? I login as the root (second user). Still doesn't change anything!!
Your input are very much appreciated.
