Subject: is parm98 the same as parm99?
To clear up some of my confusion, is the parm98.dat file in the AMBER 6.0
distribution the same as the parm99.dat on the AMBER website? There is no
parm99.dat in my AMBER 6.0 distribution, nor is there a parm98.dat discussed
on the website. Whichever is correct, is this still the "state-of-the-art"
for nucleic acid simulations?
