You might try out MEAD
(ftp://ftp.scripps.edu/pub/electrostatics/MEAD-1.1.8.tar.gz)
which is free
or get a license for UHBD
http://mccammon.ucsd.edu/uhbd.html
that has much mure capabilities than only
solving the PB equation.
