Hi,
I am trying to set up MM-PBSA. Does anyone having a bit of
experience can help me out in this. The two initial steps of
problems are
(1) where can i find the md5_crd1.Z file that is enlisted in
the mm_pbsa/example1/oreadme. secondly for some reason im
not being able to understand as to how can one number their
residues in the complex.in , ligand.in or receptor.in file
always begining with 1. (like they have mentioned in the
manual )
