Dear AMBER Netters,
In ptraj, there are commands to calculate distance and vector between
two atoms. In the ptraj user manual, it is said that the results of
these commands on a snapshot is saved internally for further processing
with the you gave to it. I am wondering whether it is possible to
perform further calculations on these internal variables using the name
previously defined.
