OCCO in parm99

Dear Amber users,

I compared the published values (JCC 21,p1049,2000) for OCCO
(I guess OS-CT-CT-OS) of 1.15,0.0 with what I have found in the
parm99.dat from the web-site:

OS-CT-CT-OS 1 1.175 0.0 2. Piotr et al.

I wonder why this small difference exist?
