Dear AMBERs,

has anybody an idea how to measure a volume of the cavity inside protein
along MD trajectry?

Mysle, ze trzeba nakladac na siebie tylko te czesci , ktore sa poza belly,
czyli sie nie ruszaja, a nie cale czasteczki. Poza belly - sily sa zerowane.
