Dear Amber users,
I am trying to compile sander_classic with MPICH on SGI Irix 6.5. Compiler
is g77. Sander is working well, but sander_classic doesn't work with multi
processors. From output file, it seems, there is problem for calculating
non-non-bond energies (i.e. bond angle torsion).
I don't know what is the problem. Which machine file should I use?
