I have a question regarding the residue CYM, the Cysteine with a
negative charge, in the parameter file "all_amino94.in". It has the
CHARGE field, which I understand overrides the charges in the main body
of the residue description. Where are these additional charges derived
from and what causes them to be prefered over the charges in the body of
the residue description.
