Dear AMBER users,
I have written a short perl programme for carnal outputfile
processing. It reads carnal output file and makes x-columns table:
i.e.
from
L0 00 01 02 ... 09
L1 10 11 12 ... 19
...
LX x0 x1 ... xx
to
start_time 00 01 02 ... 10 11 ... 26 ... xx
start_time+frame 00 01 ... etc.
syntax:
na_carnal.pl <input> <output> [start_time] [frame]
default:
start_time = 0 ps
frame = 1 ps
The programme is freeware without any guarantee. Enjoy it!
