Dear Charo,
Arch Linux ships CMake 4.x and AmberTools build fine with the following
patch:
https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/0001-Use-cxx14-for-Boost.patch
as well as setting:
-DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5
Is there another issue that you are seeing?
