Better is https://github.com/Amber-MD/AmberClassic. The old "nabc"
repository is obsolete, and I guess I should just remove it.

Note, however, the the NAB code was written 30 years ago. It serves a very
limited purpose now: use the fd_helix routine if you want to build a simple
A or B form helix with a given sequence.

But for many purposes, modern sequence-to-structure approaches, based on
training artificial neural networks, may be more likely to meet users'
needs.

Not sure what is meant by the "new DNA sequence generator".
