Hi all
I am facing an occasional error when running legs of ABFE calculations
where I get the following error:
"of length = 42Failed an illegal memory access was encountered"
If i restart the calculation from the beginning without changing input, it
is able to finish. Is it some kind of numerical instability? Can it be
prevented?
I noticed this was reported previously:
http://archive.ambermd.org/202503/0019.html but i could not find this
thread in my mailbox and do not see any follow-up in the archive.
If anyone could provide some feedback, that would be awesome!
