[AMBER] How to set AMBERHOME with v25

Hi all

I am used to the "old" compilation process where both "ambertools" and
"amber" are extracted to the same _src directory and subsequently compiled
to the same directory.

As of version 25 this has been split as mentioned in the manual but the
ambertools and pmemd extract to different _src directories and the standard
target for compilation is also different.

Is it the most efficient to set the target for compilation to the same
directory or would that create conflicts with the generated amber.sh file?
Should we otherwise create two distinct "AMBERHOME" and source each
amber.sh file separately?

The manual has this entry :
" 9. If you have licensed Amber24, repeat steps 3-8 above, changing
“ambertools25” to “pmemd24”. "

But this would create an issue with only a single "AMBERHOME" env variable
and the two different standard compilation targets defined in run_cmake.

Kind regards and thanks in advance!
