Dear all,
when plumed is installed in its default path (/usr/local/) amber24 installs
just fine.
As I understand there is no need to patch plumed with amber as it is
already integrated.
when plumed is installed in a user defined path (like (home/user/plumed)
However, amber24 installation keeps asking env info regarding plumed
(including paths to lib
include, kernel and works).
Except for the plumed path to works, I guess I am fine with setting up all
other paths.
Does anyone out there know what PLUMED_WORKS points to?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
