The Blackwell architectures are 'sm_100','sm_100a','sm_101','sm_101a','sm_120','sm_120a'.
The compute capability of the RTX 5080 is 12.0, so sm_120 should do it, though I don't have an RTX 5080 to try ti.

Hi Ross:
Do you have the nvcc compiler options that you used for Blackwell? We
are planning to push out an update to Amber24 that provides support for CUDA
12.8, but I'm having trouble finding on the web the proper "-gencode arch="
flags to use -- is RTX5080 using sm_100?
Also, (cc-ing Maria here): how much would be involved in extending Fig. 1
in the Amber24 paper to Oct 2024 when RTX5080 was released? We would
probably need two dotted lines: the current one, plus a flat line since
early 2023.
Workable alternative would be to make no change to the figure, but give the
5080 number in the text, and indicate that performance improvement for Amber
has basically flat-lined over the last two years.
